10U OVERVIEW

• Conditioning & Tryout Fee: $325
• Local League: Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL)
• Ice Practices: 2x per week
• Film Sessions: As needed

12U through 19U OVERVIEW

• Conditioning & Tryout Fee: $325
• Local League: Northern Illinois Hockey League (NIHL)
• Ice Practices: 2x per week, plus 1 additional practice on alternate weeks
• Off-Ice Workouts: 1x per week, plus 1 additional practice on alternate weeks
• Film Sessions: As needed
